K1 CUPBOB

I drove for 45 minutes to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. The meat is so tender and well seasoned. There’s a wonderful balance of spice, heat, smokey, and sweet. Every sauce we tried was incredible.
You don’t find food this good often. It’s plain to see the passion these people have for the food they serve. We’ll be back for sure.

We had the pork and the Louisiana bowls! The seafood is really tasty and has a fresh almost smoky flavor. Each of the sauces and meats are incredible. The gyoza was some of the best I’ve ever had and the portions were pretty big! I would recommend this place to everyone because it hits the spot!

We stopped by there for lunch to see what options the food trucks had. I got the K1 cup with the Korean Beef and dumplings. The dumplings may have been the best I’ve ever had! The jalapeños added a nice kick. The beef had an incredible flavor. The ‘cup’ is more of a bowl so don’t be fooled.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Will be back for sure. You can also call ahead.

Went here for lunch on Sunday. First off, the wait was little to nothing! We tried the K1 beef cup and it is more than enough food for one! Each bowl is $10. We also ordered the egg rolls, and that was truly my favorite part! The sauces and jalapeño flavor was so bomb and unlike anything I’ve had.

Tried the spicy pork and bulgogi bowls- portion size was surprisingly really filling! Meat had amazing flavor (VERY well-marinated). The sauces were absolutely amazing- perfectly balanced and really set this bowl apart. I can’t wait to try the other bowls! Also tried the Avocado Bomb- it was definitely BOMB!!! I’d never seen this before and it did NOT disappoint! Seems like you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu.
