***Updated my Response: My initial review still stands correct concerning the food but I had an experience there that rubbed me the wrong way and makes me contemplate going back. I ate there for the third time with my sister again. When the waitress gave me the check another person took the tab, paid out and brought it back. I signed for it and kept on eating. The waitress that served us came over, looked at my tab and said to me No tip? Now mind you I did tip the last two times once when she was a waitress and once with another one but I wasn't planning on tipping that day for financial reasons. I couldn't believe she told me that. She kept saying where my tip? Where my tip until I reluctantely said ok and gave her a tip . That was very out of line and disrespectful. I shouldn't be badgered to give a tip. She did that to no one else but me. And if she did do it to someone else they need to correct her and she should be ashamed of herself.

Me and my sister were here last weekend and it was very good and fulfilling. This is one of the good chinese restaurants in Houston that's reasonable and delicious at the same time. Very nice owner the lady that takes the orders and a great waitress that served us. We are going back today. Hidden gem. Must try.

Nice place to have lunch...family operated business with a personal touch

Good Chinese food from a menu (not a buffet). Nice variety of dishes. Attentive, friendly staff.

Great food. Love the atmosphere. Surprisingly decent price for group of 6 under $20. Definitely would come back and recommend anyone.

This place is terrific. Very classic Chinese food. The lunch specials are great and very reasonable. The food is tasty and never disappointing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We will be back often.
