La Catedral Mexican Restaurant

This is a new restaurant in a historic part of Almeda Mall! This is a young restaurant with so much potential. It’s not amazing, but it’s not bad either. When all the opening kinks are worked out, it’s bound to be a great location.

It is a new restaurant in the area. Quea lesar to be in a very good location. In my opinion, it would lack more publicity and some minor changes or improvements in its interior to make it look spectacular. And I mean that because it has everything to stand out, especially for its food and liquor sales. But here's the downside in my opinion.
I have visited it 2 times, the first with a lack of staff to attend tables and constructive criticism: the corn tortillas are terrible in all aspects. His food is something different, I loved all his ribeye chicharron, very good, I sincerely recommend it. With a few small improvements inside, believe me, it has a lot of potential.
Another criticism is about its liquors, it has very little variety. A menu or good spirits to make a good cocktail or a good tequila to enjoy it. The money is here in this ruble, get your act together, you'll do very well attending to this important point for the consumer and especially for the owners' pockets.
I am a lover and critic of food and the vice of alcohol. I understand that something similar happened to me on my second visit, the same mediocre tortillas and for information they do not have flour tortillas, very bad about it for all the lovers of this delicacy. but without a doubt I would return again.
