We have been here twice now and both times we have had a great experience. The fajitas are excellent and the atmosphere is fun. Our servers were also excellent. We are so glad this restaurant has finally opened in our neighborhood!

Great addition to the GOOF neighborhood. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Great fajitas and seven layer dip! Our waiter, Percy, was very on top of things, no glass was ever even half empty. Great family friendly environment and place to watch the Astros!

If we could give La Viva more than five stars, we would. We were greeted at the door by three wonderful and attentive hostesses. The margaritas were the best we’ve had, ever! So were the quesadillas! And the queso! Soooo yummy. Our server, Percy, was outstanding. The atmosphere was fun. The restaurant was packed and we didn’t ever have to wait for anything. We will be back again and again, and again!

La Viva is a solid B as of their opening weekend, with the potential to improve. The restaurant space is fine, we sat at the front with a view of the bar which was great as the kids could watch sports on the tvs.

Service was great! Food came out very quickly and the wait staff was attentive.

The food had some highlights and some disappointments. The queso and the 7 layer dip were the best things we had, so good!! I enjoyed the salsa but was really missing a green salsa for the chips. The chicken fajitas were fantastic, the beef fajitas were okay maybe a bit overcooked.

The guacamole could use some work. Most of it was lettuce, which for our kids is a no go. Margaritas were fine, nothing special.

Overall we had a good dinner and will be coming back. It has potential to be a great neighborhood spot and I hope to see some improvements over the next few months!

Really good addition to the neighborhood! Parking is easy and plentiful.

We had the appetizer trio (queso, 7 layer dip and guacamole), the beef brioche and mixed fajitas. All excellent! Everyone was so nice and quick.
