I've been meaning to try the pho at Les Noo'dle for forever but it's hard to crave pho when it's hot out so you have a small window to really want the soupy goodness.. or when your friend is sick and needs soup! We came for lunch and I was surprised to see it wasn't as busy as I expected! Mainly cause the lot is small and parking was a pain when they were Les Ba'get. Got a spot in the front lot for once and a table without having to poach for someone to leave! Winning!!! My friend and I got the Pho Royale - apparently a huge pot that serves 3-4! Yes, we are the whole thing between 2! Yum! Guess we were hungry! I was disappointed they didn't serve the dish with the bone marrow anymore - extremely disappointed cause this is what made the Pho Royale really stand out and I love bone marrow! They ended up charging us $5 less without the marrow, boo!! I would pay that for some! The broth was good, extremely flavorful, enough so that you don't need to add Sriracha or Hoisin sauce! However, one complaint, the broth didn't come out boiling hot! It was luke warm and with a bowl that big, it ended up getting cold very quickly. There was a large amount of noodles and meat - though I wish there were more than 1.5 meatballs and 3 quail eggs. Lots of brisket and flank steak though.. we couldn't finish all the meat. Just needed a better mix or balance of type of meats! Overall, delicious broth and noodles were cooked well. I'm a fan and would be back next time I crave a bowl of pho!

    Always excellent food.

The pho noodle bowls here are big and yummy. The broths are extremely flavorful. The toppings although are good they are tailored to non-Vietnamese taste buds. So don’t expect beef tendons, tripes and such.

The small plates are the more interesting things. They used to have bone marrows now you can find sous vide egg on tofu finished with herb garnish, Korean red pepper and fried garlic flakes. Spring rolls are filled partially with zucchini noodles, which adds some crunch and spring flavor.

    Happy eating

Had the beef pho combo. I really appreciated how many fresh herbs (cilantro and onions) they put in the broth. All of the meat was tasty and very tender. My only complaint is that I would've preferred more spices in the broth, it seemed a little weak in that department. I'd also appreciate some chili oil, but it's not that big of a deal. I'd definitely eat there again.

Intimate Pho restaurant. The veggie was excellent and there are options for add ins. Really cool, casual vibe to the place.
