Lotus Seafood

Food was great. I got the fried lobster and a Alaskan snow crab platter and the fried lobster was so delicious. The crack sauce was tasty as well. I definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I are both from New Orleans and haven’t been impressed with seafood in Houston.

Neutral:
The line was long inside and outside; so of course the parking lot was packed. They did have a tent to provide some shade. A “Do Not touch the door” sign almost made me feel unwelcome. However, the employee directing the line was very pleasant. There was a 20 minute wait for the food. I also don’t like the name of the sauce.

Cons:
Paid extra for 2 Cajun boiled eggs and 2 potatoes- neither had any flavor, it was just boiled in water with NO seasoning - just bland. ?

Pros:
Ordered two Loud Packs - thanks to videos I’d seen on social media. I asked him to be sure we got extra sauce, because all the reviews said it was needed. Our food smelled delicious and the taste matched it.

Then, we both added the sauce; and just know it took the food - even the plain egg and potato to the next level. The rice was full of shrimp and crawfish meat.

We highly recommend this eatery - just work on the Cajun egg and potatoes.

My first time there and the box i ordered was worth the 23 dollars!

Had trouble placing my order online and no one at PEARLAND would answer the phone, called over and over. Call Brasewood they answered the phone right away but couldn’t help. I ordered the 12 piece oysters with shrimp fried rice. The oysters were burned and tiny looked like little burned rocks. Also ordered 12 shrimp and catfish nuggets all cooked to hard. I’ve had better. This was my favorite seafood close by but not anymore. Wasted money.

Spoke with manager Chris and this has now been resolved. Upgrading to great customer service.
