Always enjoy home cooked meals for $7.50 daily. Lu-Ann plate. There should be more cafeteria's vs. fast food. Place is clean with good variety of selections. Tired of burgers, FF chicken, tacos etc
Glad of a location close by. Fresh meals no chemicals added. Yay ????????

I enjoy the weekend breakfast buffet. Fruit, grits, oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, different types of eggs, rice, beans,tortillas, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, different types of sausages and etc. The only thing I hate is they went up in price but it is still reasonable $7.99 all you can eat. I find with all this I can't fit much more in. I keep forgetting to get pictures. They also do buffet to go. Everything was tasty and hot. Thank you Luby's!

I like the new build it yourself salad bar. I participate in a bridge club that meets there twice a month to play and have lunch, and I usually bring home dinner for two people as well. This is the Luby's on Westheimer in Houston, and our server is Donna. I don't know her last name , but she is very helpful and competent.

Food is always hot and fresh, especially the chicken fried steak (which is probably the best on the planet)! The best waitress here is Sarah, who is extremely friendly and kind and always seems to know what we want before we even ask her. To start, once we get to the end of the line and pay, she immediately takes our trays from us to our favorite table in her section (corner of the restaurant closest to the doors, where the windows face Westheimer) without even asking her. Once we sit down she is always around to ask if we need anything and knows which drinks we like to take in to-go cups, so we get our to-go drinks before she even asks us. I've been to many other restaurants, and none of them have waitstaff who care about their customers as much as Sarah does! She is an example that waitresses at other restaurants need to follow!
