Mifen Prince Noodle House 花溪王

This is the 1st time for my wife and I. We ordered the noodle soups. I ordered the sour and spicy beef and she the spicy chicken. We both loved the rice noodles. They were the right size, soft and easy to eat. However we both disliked the chicken. We were given mostly chicken bones that came from the back. If you’re from China and you’re probably used to eating bony chicken but here is the USA we pay for meat and not bones.
The beef was much better(more meat and no bones!). So skip on the chicken and order the beef to get value for what you pay for.

This restaurant has 10 different noodle soup selection and I will definitely come back to try them all. For my 1st visit, I ordered the beef noodle soup. The broth can make or break the soup and I'm glad to report that the broth here was thick and flavorsome, just exactly the way I like it. They didn't name this place Noodle House for nothing. Staff were friendly and inviting. Next time I go, I will order some of the noodle item without soup to see how it taste.

One of the best Chinese noodle soup house in Houston. They are definitely one of a kind. I know Mifen Prince is famous GuiZhou vermicelli restaurant, but I have never been to Guizhou, now with Mifen Prince Noodle house we do not have to travel to China!!!

We tried their signature beef noodle soup, you can ask for different level of spiciness, the noodles are slippery, lots texture, perfect for a cold weather like today. Their mutton noodle soup was also very good. Huge portion, intensive flavor.

Great services, great food, will definitely come back again.

One of the most authentic spicy noodle soup house in Houston from Guizhou.

I came in on a week night late night . My friend told me so much about this restaurant and telling me that this is one of the most authentic GuiZhou mifen place in Houston. Mifen Prince just soft opened. It is self service restaurant, you order in the front desk with the cashier and they do not require you to pay a tip. They will clean the table when you leave. Nice set up.

We ordered 3 of their signature spicy vermicelli noodles. Lamb Skin spicy noodle, beef noodle soup and the intestine noodle soup. You can choose your own spiciness and they came out just right.

I have to say I was surprised when I saw the size of the bow. THEY ARE HUGE. 3 of us barely finished 2. Love love the homemade marinated pickles and daikon. They didn't put couple of pieces of meat, instead it's whole bunch of small beef cubes, I like the way how they did it, it is easy to chew and you can enjoy much better than big pieces.

Soup is very flavorful, came out super fast, the owner came to welcome us since there are not a lot of customers in there, he asked how we like the food and explained to us why he opened the restaurant. Very nice.

We also ordered couple of snacks there, and they are marinated to it's perfection. I wish we come in bit earlier so maybe I can eat more. We didn't want to waste the food so I brought it home, the very next day, I reheat it with microwave and the noodles are still very good.

Overall, great dining experience. Will definitely come back again soon.

This is a new restaurant in China town and I got to say I had the best rice noodle here! I am in love with the spicy soup and the beef has very deep flavor. The noodle itself has great texture and very chewy! It takes only couple minutes between ordering at the front desk to get the food. Very fast service and pleasant dining experience!
