Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was directed to the bar area, i guess because I was alone. I was really looking forward to the salad & bread. I got the salad, but NO BREAD!!
First the waiter, Francisco R.said, "10 seconds". Ten minutes later I had to flag him down. Still no bread. Finally, when Francisco brought my main entree, THEN, the bread arrived. I got the attitude too. I left a tip to be decent, but Bar never again.

I had not eaten at Olive Garden in almost fifteen years. I saw their advertisements on TV for a dine-in meal and one to-go for $12.99.

The dining rooms were nice with easy listening music. I remembered we had had a family function here when my children were younger.

My server was nice and cheerful. The service was prompt. The food was good. I especially like the bottomless salad bowl and the breadsticks. I plan on returning soon.

Customer service is subpar, seriously. I have been to this location a number of times and I have noticed Management makes it a point not to speak to their paying customers for some strange reason. I don't eat pasta often so I don't make a fuss about it but it has happened enough to make me wonder. Other than that, the food is always fresh and good. The dining area and bar is very spacious and clean for the most part. It's right off 290 so you can't miss the building.

The food here is great!

I had a minestrone soup that was delicious.

I really enjoyed the salad and the fact that you can refill it made me a super fan of this restaurant.

The only reason why I give 4 stars is because the air conditioning was extremely cold. And it wasn't just me but the 5 persons that were in my table agreed.

I loved the garlic bread.

If you like Italian food this is a great place.
