I attended their Grand Opening on October 16, 2021. The wait in area was very neat and clean. My daughter and I ordered the Crab cake platter and for dessert the Stuffed Cheesecake. Those crab cakes melted in my mouth, and the sauce that come with it was a perfect match to this dish. Light buttery flakey crab!! YUUMMM. The dessert was so good. I loved how flavorful it was and hot. Please if you are in the Bellaire area you have to try them out. They care about people and want to make sure you are satisfied with all of the food. There are very few Chefs in this world that actually care about the quality of their food. You will not be dissapointed with Palate Fusion!!!
I ordered the Oxtail baked potato and the seafood potato. They were both delicious. The portions were enough to eat off of for 2 days. The oxtails were so tender and seasoned to perfection. The seafood potato was seasoned great with big grilled shrimp on top. Please visit! It is Sooo Delightful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m back again this week for some more oxtails and baked potato. I never tasted a potato that was so fluffy and the oxtails were tender tasteful. Today I did get the boudin egg rolls, stuffed salmon can’t wait to see what they taste like, stay tuned for the review.
OMG! I ordered the Ox Tail baked potato, crab cake stuffed Salmon and Boudain rolls today and THEY DID THAT! It was totally worth every penny! The portions were generous and everything was well seasoned. I know it sounds corny but this food actually nourished my soul. It’s been a long time since I’ve gone out and had amazing take out.
The boudin rolls are to die for. Very flavorful and filling. When you take that first bite, the crispiness of the shell just melts in your mouth and that special dipping sauce enhances all the seasonings in the boudin. My palate is happy.
