Pei Wei

Ordered ginger broccoli chicken with brown rice at 12:10 Dish arrived at 12:35. It was ice cold. Two other tables were served before me even though they ordered after me and my plate sat in the pass. The server ignored my attempts to get his attention.

Took plate to manager who apologized appropriately and had the order redone.

I love Pei Wei and order from them all the time. However, I recently ordered lettuce wraps and it seems that they have changed the to go order packaging and I had a lot less of the chicken and too much of the lettuce. They are not putting it in the white box, but instead in a smaller compartment. Also, it didn’t taste as good like it normally does. For the price, I don’t feel like I got what I paid for both in quantity and quality. Unless they go back to their previous standards, for me, it’s not worth ordering from.
