Nice people, amazing food. We ordered a little bit of almost everything. Unfortunately they were already out of the beef ribs. We've heard those are amazing. But no worries. The brisket can carry its own weight. Best brisket I've ever had. Tender, melts in your mouth, and incredibly tasty. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was the other star in our opinion. The only downside we're the sides. We are used to Carolina bbq and love green beans and collard greens and unfortunately these were not part of the menu. Still, five stars, because let's be honest, no one is coming here for the sides.

While pricey, the food is excellent. I had the sausage and the brisket. The brisket is tender and full of flavor. The sausage was also very enjoyable.

The atmosphere evokes a "down home country" feeling, and would be very nice if it wasn't as crowded. (Clearly it's a very popular place!) Luckily, there is outdoor seating available, so if you don't mind the Texas heat you can avoid the crowd inside.

What a great place to enjoy a perfectly smoked beef brisket. Their pork ribs were the best I’ve had so far. Good variety of sides. Overall this was a great experience of a slow smoked BBQ cuisine. Well done.

Friendly people, great music, and the best barbecue in the south! Fatty brisket, pulled pork, jalapeno sausage... they were all excellent. The brisket blew my mind it was so good. Just a shame they were out of ribs... guess I'll have to come back.
