UPDATED: the ownership group reached out to me about my experience very promptly! Customer service like that is very hard to find nowadays. They were able to answer all of my questions/ concerns. I will definitely be back in to get another pita!

Use to be a regular customer....this place has gone down hill. I should have taken all the new faces behind counter as a hint and walked right back out the door. Chicken was under cooked, Didn’t follow simple directions from me on a build your own pita, etc. Employees clearly displayed a lack of wanting to be there.

Excellent pitas, with great ingredients. We had a variety and they were all good. I would say its light on tzekyi sauce, so order extra.
I think improvements need to be made with the hummus side size. Hummus is one of my favorites about Greek food and I doubt I'm alone. It comes in a salad dressing tablespoon container. Not even close to enough. Aside from that, we would totally have it again. We will just avoid the hummus.

Pita Pit is amazing. Every location I've visited has friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. They are concerned about what you eat just as much as you and are very personable. The locales are always clean and inviting and they have fresh ingredients. I'm vegetarian and they clean off the grill for you if you prefer. That's small to some, but to me it means everything! My only gripe is that there are no locations in my area, so I'm driving about 15-20 miles to patronize one. That should tell you how great their food and service is. ????????Try them out!
