Ok..not great. Good food in a hurry.

OMGOSH!!! There is no reason to eat no other fast food chicken!! Seasoned and very flavorful...When I decide to eat fast food, Pollo Campero HERE I COME!!! To top it off the staff is very friendly, thank you for wonderful 1st impression!!

Wanted to try an alternative to KFC. Found this clean and friendly place. A lot of choice here. I like the family ambiance. Only problem, the service is very slow.

i was craving wings and wanted to try something new.
Problem is that the girl at the register (and i realized by observing while eating that the rest of the team too) doesn't speak English. I asked for all the wing flavors except for the Buffalo because i don't like spicy hot food and one serving of yuka fries. the wait was long, like 15 min at least, with a full staff and a food passing area full of chicken. i didn't understand why it took so long. Then i got my order and understood why. My wings were ALL buffalo and the yuka fries were family size.
Thankfully it was good and not too spicy so i could eat, but it totally numbed my tongue, so i couldn't even taste the sauce that came with the yuka. I obviously have some leftover so this is gonna be for tomorrow.
I wish I realized they didn't understand what i wanted or i wish they told me they didn't get it and repeat my order to make sure they have it right. the receipt matches the order no doubt, but that's not what i wanted in the first place. So please have mercy for people who don't speak Spanish.
Also yeah, price is pretty high like $21 for 20 wings. it's not crazy but still.
The place was very clean.

During today's visit I tried the fried chicken meal, and I was pleasantly surprised to brought a dish of crispy, non greasy, pieces of fresh food. I got the mango drink and mixed with the sprite. Pretty good.
