I ask for a drink carrier and condiments and they rolled their eyes, not the first time this happen. Sorry y'all have a bad day, we all do!! Really wish y'all be more happy ?

Now, there customer service is terrible, the ladies speak way to fast & don't respond back when you ask them how are they doing. The past 3 visits my food was given to me luke warm if that. My toast had no butter on it, my chicken was not fresh nor hot & my fries were not either. I get the trying to be fast & get the food out in a timely manner. However I don't and will never understand why serve mediocre food to guest. I would rather you tell me it's cooking right now fresh if I don't mind waiting, than giving me not fresh food.
