Sliding by thought I’d stop and support nothing special airport food it was hot and fresh

If you have the time, and if you can afford it, Ray’s shrimp Po’ Boy is one of the best I’ve had since the last time I was in New Orleans. Shrimp is delicately battered and seasoned to perfection, and butterflied. Cajun fries and hush puppies were delicious as well! However, I did stand in front of the counter for several minutes without anyone present to take my order. It wasn’t until a cook in the back saw me, and told me, “She’ll be right with you,” that I knew I would be able to eat here. A young lady with an apathetic disposition took my order, and neglected to tell me how long the wait was, nor how many orders were ahead of me. After she took my order she began to prepare six to-go bags. She then called several numbers before getting to my order. Her apathy didn’t deter me because I LOVE Cajun food and this is some of the best I’ve had, and I was really hungry. But she would do good to develop a pleasant customer service persona if they want repeat business.

Fish was great, shrimp were great, hush puppies were delicious. However, no salt and no vinegar!!! C’mon, the best condiments for fish were not even available. I want to come back but I need my salt and vinegar (especially malt vinegar) for my fish!! Help !!!!
