Reel-Reel Seafood & Wings Wallisville

Omg omg omg the crawfish is fantastic, like out of this world. If you don’t like spice just get original sauce or something but for those of us who like a lil kick get the mix. Soooo dammnnn delicious and the margaritas are good. It surpassed my expectations.

The first time I went the food was perfect which was in the evening time and I think the owner was there. I went today during the afternoon and it was a different experience...my food was was nothing like the first time. The cashier was so interested in talking to the other workers that customers used the kiosk to order. On top of it all, how can you be a seafood restaurant and run out of ketchup and hot sauce? If I had been told that before I ordered, I would not have ordered. I gave three stars because the hush puppies and fries were good!

The food is quite good. But when getting it to go , you should check it before leaving the business. We have gotten it several, several times. And it's been outstanding. But like all new businesses there are menus to be learned. Once they are getting there. Good job on the food. Keep it up

When I came to this new reel reel seafood restaurant i was looking at the menu trying to find something I could eat. The manager heard me asking questions to the person behind the counter about contents of some items. I explained that due to my chemo treatment I could not eat certain food during this time the manager quickly steps up and offered suggestions of red beans and rice and offered to fix me some gumbo with out shell fish in it. And I loved it, not only did she catered to my needs she seemed to genuinely care to help me as a customer. That is truly hard to find. I had two other persons with me they to were impressed. We all enjoyed the food we ate. And due to the quick and professional response of the manager, I believe her name was Cassy, she showed the customer does matter if humanly possible. With out knowing it She has developed three impressed and now loyal customers who all of use have a lot of friends as well as employees who will not only return to fill our hunger but will share the impressive story about true customer service.
Thanks reel reel and the impressive service personnel who waited on us. We will be back!!!!
