Happened to be in the area and was craving pho. I am so glad we stumbled upon this place! It’s a cozy little spot. We ordered the lychee martini, and it was one of the best I’ve had.. their bartender is excellent! We also had the fried chicken dumplings which were perfection. The pho was very good, as well. I can’t wait to go back and try all the other delicious items on their menu.
I decided to stop by after passing by a few times. I was not disappointed. The place is very nicely decorated and the bar was a nice touch. I ordered the Vermicelli noodles, spring rolls and Shaken Beef. Each place was delicious and seasoned perfectly. I saw a ton of dishes on their menu that caught my attention such as the Spicy Bone Marrow soup. I'll definitely be going back in the near future.
I had an incredible dining experience at Resilience Viet Kitchen & Bar. From the delicious food to the exceptional drinks, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The bartender's creation, the clarifying cherry blossom, was a delightful surprise and added to the already fantastic atmosphere. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Houston.
The Pho and Shaken beef at this place was wonderful. 10/10 I would come again. The fried pork dumplings were great also. The atmosphere was really good and relaxing. The service was very good. All in all this has to be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to in Houston.
I took my girlfriend to Resilience Viet Kitchen & Bar last Saturday for dinner. I had read really great reviews on it a few months back and my girlfriend loves Vietnamese cuisine.
We were not disappointed.
The atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful pendant lighting in the center of the room. The walls beautifully decorated. The chairs really impressed us so comfortably, leather with excellent back support.
The staff were attentive, friendly & informative. A special shout out to our hostess Robin. She was funny, attentive and knowledgeable about the history of this family owned restaurant. She was a true delight.
Excellent Old Fashion.
The food was outstanding, cooked perfectly with complex spices and herbs that made every bite a delicious treat.
I had the special, braised smoked prawns. 2 huge crustaceans cooked in a delicious sauce with onions as lemon grass.
My girlfriend had to lamb chops. Also fabulous. Melt in your mouth tender perfectly seasoned.
Our appetizer was smoked beef bone marrow.
We’ll definitely be back.
This was a real treat.
