    So Silk Road Kitchen is a completely new restaurant with new owners, new cooks, a new menu and new decor. They seem to be in the process of transitioning over (removing the old Taj sign) but that’s ok. I went in for dinner and had a Thali plate. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The service and environment is relaxed. I like that you can walk in and seat yourself. I love their Indian Chai as well as the Masala Burger (I had this on another occasion during lunch). I really enjoyed my meals and I hope this place sticks around. Def recommend this place.

    Great place if you love indian food, or if you don't. Their American/Indian Fusion allows all taste buds to enjoy this place. My husband loves Indian food and I think it's ok. Both of us enjoyed our plates there. The fish was spiced so well and their lamb kabobs weren't dry AT ALL, which is very hard to find. He had the buffet and I think went up there three times. We'll be back!!
