Sixty Vines

Had dinner last night with my wife for a pre-Valentines dinner. This is our second time at Sixty Vines. The wine options were great as to be expected and the food was marvelous. The bacon wrapped dates are scary good which we partnered with some meatballs. You cannot go wrong with a board as well. My wife enjoyed the Atlantic salmon and I too the steak. We had a courteous, attentive, knowledgeable waiter by the name of Daniel who provided exceptional service, start to finish. We look forward to going back!

Loved the ambience, food presentation, unique options and flavor was legit! Service and attention by wait staff also excellent. Price point slightly on the higher end but worth every penny! Attended to our needs without overdoing it. Letting us have our time together uninterrupted while still attending to us. Will make this place a regular for special occasions.

I went here with a large group of people and we had a variety of plates. I had the Cabernet Brunch Burger and it was a top 5 burger for me of all time. It was incredibly good. The FIG & PROSCIUTTO pizza was also great. I had originally turned my nose to it but was very impressed and would order again.
Insider Tip. You better like wine and request to be seated upstairs. We sat downstairs but when we left, we walked upstairs and the atmosphere was way better up there. Enjoy!!

Great Restaurant in Houston! Its big and spacey and each area has different vibes! Downstairs Upstairs and Patio all give different vibes and the food of course is delicious! I highly recommend their pizzas! Fig and Prosciutto was my favorite and the Butchers Brunch Pizza was also pretty good ( tasted like pepperoni pizza with eggs in the top!) The Fettuccine pasta was pretty good (common not so special) and the Sandwich was delicious as well:) I will definitely come back!!

I love the concept of Sixty Vines. Their food is delicious and their wine always delivers. It’s a very beautifully designed space. Unfortunately most experiences I have had there, the waiters have been very slow, but it’s a relaxed place so I get it.

The reason I am rating three stars is because I was carrying a Christmas present down the stairs in the middle of the restaurant today while my friends and I were eating there. I couldn’t see the next step, and combined with my high heels, I missed a step and took a hard fall down the stairs. I fell in a spot that was clearly visible to the multiple hostesses on the first and second floors as well as many patrons. Nobody asked me if I was okay after the fall, despite me passing the hostesses on the first and second floors multiple times later that day. I thought I saw the hostess/manager pointing my direction at one point, though nothing was said.

I’m thankful I didn’t hurt myself too badly. Checking to see if a guest is injured after a fall is definitely not a requirement by any means. At the same time, it seems a simple gesture of hospitality to check on guests, especially considering our bills usually average to $45/person at this spot.

All things considered, the atmosphere is nice and the food is good, so I’m sure I will be back — taking the elevator next time. :)
