so far, i've tried the naked salmon, bbq chicken plate, turkey chili with beans, and pesto shrimp. i microwaved my meals at work -- takes under 1.5 minutes, and they all tasted delicious, didn't find any of it bland. if you plan to eat these at home, you can put them in the oven and they'll probably taste even better. i like that there's a good variety of meals to choose from.

The food is always good, super healthy a bit on the pricey side but better quality than any fast food. Great for meal prep if you're paleo, keto, gluten free etc.

Great place to get health oriented grab and go meals, snacks, and beverages, especially if you have dietary restrictions.
The staff is very friendly, and very helpful; great service!
The food is delicious, and made fresh daily before it is sent out.
The portion sizes may be small for some, but are adequate in my opinion.
The cost is a little high, but reasonable for the quality you are getting, and comparable to other healthcentric food options.
You can order online, it will be bagged for you, and then you just go pick it up, or have it brought out to you curbside, or delivered to you.

Fantastic customer service! We were unable to be home during our delivery time 8-9 pm and called the store around 2:00 to see what options we had. She said she would see how soon she could get them delivered to us and had our delivery out the door and delivered by 3:02!
