Quick service, wonderful coffee, and polite staff. Not quite as energetic as years past, but I suspect they were having an "off" morning. Still super polite and professional!
I'm a regular here & have never had problems at this location, everyone is always on point. Then yesterday came along. I placed a mobile order so when I walked in, I didn't get acknowledged or greeted how it usually goes. I look at the little set up where all the mobile orders go & I didn't see my drink ready. I wait to the side patiently because I see a barista working on my drink. When she is finally done, she asks if we (there was one other person in there with me) had mobile orders I let her know that I did & told her my name, she gives me my drink. When I'm walking away almost out of the door she states, while serving the next person " I'm not a mind reader " I turned around & asked her for her name & with attitude she says Regina. Regina, I know that you are not a mind reader, but I did give you time to finish my drink before I said anything. Your sarcasm was not needed so early in the morning for me, especially before I have had my coffee. I hope management can speak to you regarding your attitude. It is not needed whatsoever. I hope my next visit goes a lot smoother & way better than the service that was given to me Saturday morning.
