Every now & then I treat my child to a coffee. We chose Starbucks for today. Drive thru ordering took about 10 mins from start to finish. I ordered 2 drinks, one of them had hair in it. Before we could pull off I went inside and was greeting fast with no attitude on correcting the drink. Great day started!
I go to Starbucks, at this location, almost everyday and I love seeing Gloria in the drive-they because of her superb customer service. However, this morning, another young lady, with beautiful dreads or braids (can’t remember her name), was on “drive thru” duty and her customer service and attitude weren’t beautiful, at all. I arrived at the window and she didn’t acknowledge me at all. No “Good Morning, one moment”, no nothing, so, I didn’t know if she was gathering my order or not and then she just turns to me and gives me a total and I look at her and say “How do I know that’s my order? You haven’t said “Hello” or anything!” She then proceeds to tell me that she is doing multiple things at once and that’s why she didn’t say anything. I told her that was the wrong response. She then hands me my debit card, hands me my receipt, fans me off and said “Have a good day!” , like whatever. This little girl CLEARLY takes her job for granted and needs training or another job. She better be glad that I couldn’t remember her name and if it happens again, I will be speaking to the manager. I WILL NOT spend my money ANYWHERE that has employees with stank and entitled attitudes!!
