    I’d like to give a thank you to Shay and Asallah! I realized when I got the window that I had selected the Starbucks down the road when I placed my order through the app. Shay immediately asked what I had ordered and started working with Asallah to prepare it even though the mistake was mine they went above and beyond to offer me the kind of customer service that has become so rare these days. I was willing to drive the 2 min to the correct store but they saved me the time and hassle. Thank you thank you thank you I hope the powers that be appreciate these kinds of employees and reward them!

    Always good. ! Used drive through. Had frappuccino chocolate cookie crumbles.
