Noeli and this other employee are the best!! They are always so nice and know our drinks! Fast and friendly staff

I go there so much that they already have my order ready on the counter as soon as I walk up. They even address me by name before I even ask. Friendly and consistent.

Unfortunately every time I come to this location something goes wrong with my order. It’s not even that difficult of an order. It’s just a y’all Nitro Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Either they ran out, which is fine, or they give me a variation without even asking me if it’s okay. Once I asked for an iced peach tranquility tea and was told it wasn’t possible for them to do so bc they’d have to brew the tea and then put ice in it, but instead could offer me the tea with a cup of ice. I mean this is all at the end of the day not critical, but it feels that the staff here really needs more training
