Starbucks

I am on agreement- this is a very slow location. The SLOWEST I’ve been to. Based on the reviews the vendor should ensure the right people are on the right shifts to better serve the customers. I’ve drive to the Cullen location just to get better service. The amount of time I spent in line I could have went and came back.

I was reading some of the really poor reviews. Remember, the only way to make things better is to inform the vendor, so they can attempt to turn things around. Calling the Manager right saying or saying something allows the Manager to go right to the source of the issue. Believe me, a good Manager will WELCOME constructive feedback. If we all did that, we could make our community Starbucks shine. Remember, we don't have any other one around here in City Park or City Gate.

A welcome addition to the burgeoning City Park neighborhood. I walked in during grand opening. Obviously they were pretty busy, but I had someone greet me and talk to me in a friendly manner as soon as I got to the register. Small touches can make someone frequent one coffee shop over another, so positive experience there. Nothing special about the menu. This is a Starbucks.

Lots of plug outlets for charging your laptop along the wall. Somebody was walking around wiping down the tables, so I hope they keep that up. Inside is relatively spacious, and there are a lot of tables including two group tables. No lounge chairs, sofas, etc, but maybe at some point?

Outdoor patio was well shaded at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a sunny spring day. I didn't want to sit out there though, as there is a bit of construction going on across the street right now.

Wifi was not yet working and music was not yet playing, but I think they're still getting their legs under them, so I can't quite fault them for that. I'll check back again soon.
