I came here not expecting much but I wanted to go back for more. I tried the carnes pastor and the barbacoa. ($1 for corn/$1.50 for flour) The pastor one was good. The barbacoa had a few crunchy parts on it and juicy fat. (Tbh I liked it alot ❤️) The sauces aren't too spicy but it was just enough. The green sauce was probably a lvl 2. The beans I prefer it to be a bit more softer.
For a food truck, the price was decent. The tacos were kid size. (I haven't been to that many taco food truck but this was good for the price)
The staff was nice 😊
By the way, you can call them ahead to order to go.
Just opened and they have special promo price on tacos. Fast and friendly service even during lunch rush. They have beepers that let you know when your food is ready.
I like the nice crispy grilled texture on their tacos. Generous portions. Suadero tacos were $1.50 and my favorite because they had the best taste and texture. Most tacos were $1. Barbacoa was a bit too fatty but good. Al pastor had decent pastor flavor. Chorizo was too wet and not spicy enough.
Tacos come with sauteed onions, charro beans, chile, potato wedge, green sauce. They give you plenty of limes. Beans could have been a bit more spicy and robust. They also have birria on the weekends. Overall, decent tacos for a good price.
Food is delicious and the staff is friendly. Really good $1 tacos.
Breakfast tacos hands-down were pretty damn good! Tried the bacon and egg and Barbacoa freshly made. Two thumbs up
