I don't know what they put on the wings but they are the best wings I've had. They don't even need a sauce. So much flavor and the perfect crunch. The price per wing is a bit high BUT believe me when I say, you will not find more flavorful wings than these. The truck also seems to he family owned. I love to see family owned businesses and will continue to support them as much as possible.
The sides could be a bit larger. Their "large" container is not very large so you end up with lots of wings and very little sides if you order a large family sized meal. That's the only critique but MAN these are good wings. I need to try the tenders next.

These guys have really perfected their craft. The flavor is spot on, wings are big, flavorful and crispy. The tenders are big and flavorful. The dirty rice is soooo good. Mac n cheese is creamy! Seasoned fries are the perfect soft and yummy. We will be back 100x before the end of the year I’m sure, but I won’t be surprised if they become a brick and mortar by then. My man said “This is the best chicken I’ve ever had!”

The food AND the customer service are top notch! We tried the flip and dipper so we could get a taste of both wings and tenders. The chicken was perfectly seasoned. In addition, my interactions with the owner/staff were like chatting with family. I thought the mac and cheese was missing from my order so I called back. They were happy to make it right. Turns out it had fallen out of my bag in my car. When I called back to tell them not to worry about it, we just laughed it off. I will definitely be back very soon.

AMAZING food! Mac & Cheese is the best I’ve ever bought that wasn’t homemade. That’s a must get.

Got the sampler and it was A TON of food for your money and great value. Fish had a special seasoning that was so good. Wings and tenders were both huge and full of flavor.

It was also really easy and great service while ordering and they’ll give you a buzzer if there’s any wait so you can hang out in your car.

Wow. This place is awesome. I was surprised at the large portion sizes. The catfish fillets were huge, crunchy and seasoned well. The wings were a really good size, breaded and seasoned well. The chicken tenders really big, crunchy, and still nice and juicy. The sides were all good size. The Mac and cheese is excellent. It's super rich creamy, and has really good mix of seasoning. Whoever gave them a bad review on that probably likes the box with powdered cheese. Fries were crunchy and seasoned well. The only knock would have to be the dirty rice lacked in seasoning. Especially compared to everything else being so well seasoned. Definitely a restaurant quality meal. I also have to say it was relief that the food tasted so good. So often when you get fried food that does both fish and other things the grease tastes burnt or is fishy. So if you haven't tried them, you really need to. Kudos.
