The Cuba Station

We have been wanting to try this place for a couple of months now. It is housed in a gas station. Rey, the owner said he opened about 4 months ago. Don’t let the gas station vibe steer you away. You will get your money’s worth with his food. Big portions for your money. Depending on your appetite, one Cuban sandwich easily feeds 2 people. We bought a torta chilanga (not Cuban, of course) and one Cuban sandwich. I liked the flavor of the torta. My wife liked the quality of the ingredients used to make the Cuban sandwich. Their fries were on point too; crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The owner came to talk with us at the end of the meal and we had a nice conversation about his home in Cuba. This is a great addition to the food scene in the neighborhood!

I went to the Cuban Station today for lunch and the Cuban sandwich. It was delicious! the roast pork and ham cheese was perfec! Huge sandwich well worth the price. This is a place to definitly stop by when you are on the eastside of Downtown Segundo Barrio!

Good cuban sandwich good price

Food is delicious! I've tried the Habanero sandwich, Hawaina sandwich, and Pan Cubano. All of them are amazing. I definitely recommend. The portions are big, so you definitely get your money's worth. The mamey milkshake is the best!!!! Looking forward to trying the Guanabana shake. This place does not disappoint.
