    I went here for lunch today and I had the smothered pork chops with cabbage and sweet potatoes. It was very good and the owner was standing on the line serving the food. Some items were made to order but that insured that they came out piping hot! I will definitely be back to try the branch and the ox tails!

    I am so HAPPY I stumbled upon this place! And it's close by (North Houston). I've been several times. The staff is very pleasant. I usually get the chicken and the oxtails platters with cabbage, collard greens, sweet potatoes, and corn. When the cornbread is available it's a MUST HAVE, it's almost like pound cake. I 'EFFIN LOVE IT.

    Great food, service and atmosphere!! The oxtails are excellent . Don't forget to try the chicken spaghetti so-o-o Good!!!! When you get there tell Max Yvette sent you. You won't be disappointed!

    First time I tried the wing basket.. Was very good and I love the small shoestring garlic fries… Just a tad bit overpriced @ $12 for only 5 wings and fries.. I definitely was still hungry afterwards but the food was splendid

    I love the Cajun seafood spaghetti it’s so delicious ! The staff was nice and service was fast
