The Local at IAH

I lucked out and went when it was completely empty, my server/bar tender/hostess was great and attentive. The food came out quickly and was really good quality, I opted for the bacon cheeseburger and I was not disappointed. The fried came spiced and was a welcome addition. The beer was cold and an ok selection. Prices were reasonable for an airport and I left full and happy.

Quiet restaurant off the beaten path within IAH airport. As others have mentioned the hallways near this restaurant are under construction as of Feb. 2019. I had the steak burger and a caesar salad. They were out of tomatoes and the menu is quite limited. However, the server was friendly and the ambiance was nice. My food was also served promptly.

Brisket sandwich was good. Got there an hour before closing time and service was poor. The lady was by herself. Management should keep enough people to provide good service until closing time.

This place is good to have a drink. In terms of food it has very limited options and it didn't taste the best. I did a mistake of not walking inside terminal and checking for options, i strongly recommend to go inside the terminal and there are many better options.

A nice quiet corner of the airport with a somewhat limited food menu. The food was good and the restaurant is nicely decorated. The food portions were great and it has a nice selection of drinks. If you want some well priced food that is not from a chain this is a good choice!
