First time trying it and it was absolutely delicious. Will be returning back with my family to try it out. The staff were nice and welcoming to every customer that came in only bad thing I got to say they charge for ranch don’t like it but overall I will be back

The service was 2 of 5 stars. We've been 3 times, and each time, they don't greet you upon arrival and seem bothered when placing an order. My cousin had downloaded the app to get free crinkle fries with the purchase of a meal, and the lady at the register said it couldn't be used. The app promo clearly shows free fries with the purchase of any meal. The food was great!

My six year old daughter, and I were looking for something to eat this particular day, I passed by this place & I decided to stop in. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5, is due to poor customer service. The two young ladies at the front counter were not very welcoming, and we’re not really knowledgeable of the menu, in addition to that, they made me feel like I was asking too many questions, even after I informed them twice, that this was my first time in & me being apologetic. They even managed to make an error on my daughters kids meal by adding seasoning onto her fries when I asked to leave them plain. The young lady said “she didn’t hear me” when I requested it. Nevertheless, FOOD=BOMB!!!! Even my six year old daughter loved it. Restaurant cleanliness was great as well. My daughter asked to go back the next day. The flavors on the Tijuana fries marry together so well together & the Hot chicken is AH-Mazing! I got an order of chicken and waffles for my son to eat later at home & he said it was great as well, bear in mind, he had eaten it several hours later. We are definitely going back, & hopefully the customer service will be as top-tier as the food.
