Whataburger

First off, the food here taste extra good, idk why lol. We usually go to the other location but might have to switch! This was our first time there, and there was a bit of confusion. I gave them my whole name and E-mail receipt. They asked if I was in the wrong location and I again, showed my receipt. The Manager on duty @ 6:15 pm cst (didn't give me her name) but asked about mine, again. And came back and said "it was under ____ that was the problem." Before I could say anything she turned and walked off w haste. Borderline rude but 1st impressions... Anyhow, the cashier was very nice and even though we didn't ask for extra straws or condiments, we got them. I appreciate that! I'm huge on Customer service and it was great for the most part. I'll be sure to have the name right next time. Even if it was like saying "I'm here for an order under Richard" and it's labeled as "Rich". Going on about the name but you would think there is a code or something they could scan instead of asking you a few questions. I know you guys don't want the lines to get backed up. Either way, Good 1st impression overall. Just a LITTLE kindness goes along way!

My order was inaccurately placed, I was charged for a side that I didn’t want, and my fries were warm and not hot!

The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very attentive and polite!

They also have the kiosk where you can place your own order too!

New and clean and all employees seem happy. Glad they rebuilt and moved across the street. Congratulations. Good tip: get a double meat junior burger. Not as much bread and even more delicious.

This new location has exceeded my expectations! The food and drinks are delicious as always, the cashier and employees acted very polite, and the new interior design is beyond visually pleasing! However, the dining area did seem to be quite small, especially when compared to previous locations. Aside from that, this establishment is worth the visit!
