Working with Whimsical Events was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. Cherish was my coordinator and she is an angel on Earth! I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day without any stress or worry and I owe it all to her. She corresponded with all my vendors, kept us on schedule, and if anything went wrong the day of, I had no idea - and that's exactly what you want in a wedding coordinator/planner. I absolutely recommend Whimsical Events!

Truly worth every penny, the flowers were beautiful and everything they did with them. Wonderful team to work with as well, very helpful and knowledgeable. I somehow overlooked the fact I didn’t add boutonnieres for dads or corsages for mothers, but they were able to whip two up for the dads in no time for us! All the centerpieces came out perfect, our head table was BEAUTIFUL, we did a flower hedge on black stands with greenery draping down and hanging glass globe candleholders which was amazing. They had everything set up in a timely manner and even had to do some flowers outside on the pillars while it was raining… They do what is needed to get the job done and make it look great!

We loved working with Whimsical Events and Jackie! They made everything go smoothly, despite several curveballs thrown our way. I would recommend Whimsical to anyone in the Houston area :) Professional, helpful, enthusiastic, and very easy to work with.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Whimsical Events work their magic at two weddings; my wedding and my best friends wedding--Both being for day of coordination. Whimsical Events is hands down the best company I have ever worked with due to the amazing people that work there! Jackie is the sweetest, most understanding and forsure knows how to coordinate a wedding. I was stress free the entire wedding day because she was handling everything in a timely manner and making sure I wasn't stressed about ANYTHING. I also got to work with Cherish later in the evening, she is so kind hearted and also so awesome at what she does. She had everything handled later in the evening and made sure I was out the door without worrying about anything being left behind. Overall, Jackie and Cherish were such a great team to work with and we are so very lucky we had them coordinate our wedding day! Whimsical Events is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a Wedding Coordinator.

Melanie made all of my boho wedding dreams a reality. Her ideas led the direction of the wedding design and made it all come together exactly the way I pictured in my head.

From the moment you walk into their offices, you can tell their design prowess. The same shows through in their floral design (as I hired them for both planning and floral). The design of everything from the centerpieces to bouquets we’re all fabulous.

The weeks leading up to my wedding were stress free because of these ladies. I only had partial planning, but Melanie contacted all my vendors and coordinated the timeline to perfection.

Highly recommend both Melanie and Karli if you’re a bride who wants a stress-free (as much as it can be amiright) and access to some of the top vendors in the Houston area. Not only did she give me a list of recommendations, but they all knew her work and spoke highly of her.
