Wingstop

The Wingstop on Kirkwood and Westheimer. Last nights dinner was delicious!!! Wings were perfect. Now the fries could have been better. Sauce on the wings were just right. Online order pick up time was kept. Just lovely

I love this location. They are always professional and polite. Don't have to talk food cause everything is always on point.

This store doesn't get credit as it should. I work in the area and typically Fridays I place large orders at several restaurants for my staff. Today, I had the pleasure of placing a rather large order (several individual combos) over the phone order with Wisdom. Wisdom was very patient, and in person, a respectful young man. Kudos to this location and it’s staff. Wisdom: Thank you for your patience and confirming each order correctly without missing a SINGLE item. At the time of pick up and payment, again, Wisdom was patient as each order was paid individually. Not one item was missed on the order and it was ready at the time he indicated. Thank you for a great experience Wisdom!

This Wingstop is no way shape or form similar to the other ones. Manager Juan definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to making sure the customers leave satisfied. Their wings are cooked well and their fries are my absolute favorite. I've never felt as if their restaurant was in a position to be in a food safety hazard. Their restrooms and tables are in fact always clean. Their customer service is off the chain. They in fact know what they are doing. The employees always greet everyone when they walk in, they've never shown any signs of negative emotions towards any of their customers. This Wingstop has definitely made sure that they are best. I'm someone who comes regularly and to be quite honest the manager has definitely made everyone felt at ease and extremely comfortable when it comes to his and his employees greetings down to the very last millisecond I leave. 10/10 recommend!
