Employees were very nice, but my chicken strips were definitely not fresh.

Saw one comment mention they wished the older management was back. I personally feel the opposite. A few months prior, when ordering anything through the drive threw there would almost always be something small wrong. No sauce, wrong side, etc. Over the last few months its almost a 180. Lately anytime I use the drive through the order has been exactly what I asked for. And THANK YOU for removing the pre recorded "Hello" message when pulling up, that thing was always super confusing trying to figure out if it was a person or recording talking.

I'm not sure what happened to the previous management and employees, but they need to come back. Prior to the new management taking over in the last few months service and quality has gone down hill. The previous management used to have an employee waiting outside the door after you paid with your order. It was fresh and always correct. The current managers barely speak or understand English, are not very courteous and make you feel rushed when you're trying to place your order, especially at the drive thru. We had to wait over 10 minutes for chicken strips. We were asked to pull to the front of the store as it would be about 4 minutes. When our order was brought to us, the employee asked us what we ordered. I told her and she seemed to be confused. She should have known and had a receipt to be sure. We were not given a receipt and haven't been given one the last few times wevew visited. The quality is not as good nor is the customer service.
