Great tasting food, made hot, fresh after ordering, served tableside. Drink station needed some attention (raspberry tea was just unsweetened tea); broken lemon tray cover. Overall satisfactory service, food, portion size, prices.
My family and I have gone to this smash burger numerous times and it's always awesome. There's one lady that's always there that has a great attitude! I was told they're going to be taking kids grilled cheese off the menu - I hope not it's the only thing my 9 year old will eat there(he's not fond of meat), so if they do they'll be losing a customer. They also have a decent veggy burger for those who are vegitarian (I was for 2 years and loved the option).
I used to love it but they don't smash them like they did and don't have the spicy sauce anymore... so now I will go to Burger King!!
Had a great experience! Monica was helping us with our order, made it and brought it out and it was perfect! She was very helpful and welcoming as well. A+!
This only gets a 3 because the cashier & the waitress was polite and the burgers were good.
With that said, only 1 out of the 4 burgers we ordered were put together correctly.
My sons burger had the receipt inside the bun and the rest of our burgers had the receipts inside the wrappers with the burgers.
Why would you put a dirty piece of paper, that just came out of a machine, in with someones fresh food?
Utterly ridiculous!
We did like the taste of our burgers even though they were put together incorrectly. The fried pickles were a little thin but good nonetheless. The Haystack onions were a little on the sweet side, (definitely different than onion rings) but good.
Overall, a little pricey for the quality put into the meals.
