I was very disappointed with an experience at this Dunkin donuts this morning so stopping here was supposed to be a treat for me. Little did I know what a mediocre experience awaited me. The only thing that was pleasant about my entire Experience was the taste of the donuts themselves. The drink I ordered was horribly sweet and syrupy. And I'm someone who likes sweet things a lot. It was so over done I threw it away. The line was long and went very slowly. And I went Mid to late morning, so it was not during a rush hour. After I received the donuts and paid for them I had to wait for my drink to be made. I waited and waited and when they were finally making a drink that looked like mine they gave it to someone at the drive thru. Finally one of the employees came over and asked me what I was waiting for I told them and they made it in front of me. Also not to sound overly picky but the counter was messy with spills and crumbs and there was little bits of trash on the floor. Over all the whole experience was not worth having again. There are a million donut shops around here and I will just go to 1 of those in the future. I don't know why, but I was very surprised at this is very poor service and presentation with such a nationally recognized brand.

I'm going to give them another chance. Why? Because I like the brand. Folks, Texas is donut country and the people must have them on their way to church. That's a tip for Sunday morning staffing with Love.

We go every Sunday morning for coffee and donuts. The donuts are sub-par, the breakfast sandwiches are decent, and the coffee is great if they make it right. The app is fantastic and I use the mobile ordering throughout the week. Love the iced coffee! Way better pricing than some competitors.
