Thank you Sophie for making my son birthday a great day. Regardless of the power outage. The experience was great. My cashier was a bit rude. This was my first time here and she didn't assist with letting me know how it goes. She asked me what I want. I told her idk what do you have I've never been here. I told Sophie and she made my experience here amazing. Thank you
I worked at Main event for seven months as a server, server trainer and banquet host and I have to say I did thoroughly enjoy my Time working here and I left the job because the pay was not at all good enough for me to afford my bills My fellow employees and management were amazing and there was never a dull moment It was literally like a second family and I might reapply to work the weekends in the future.
The good:
-management is amazing sometimes
-other employees are just the best
-hours are really good
-its easy to move up and explore other departments
-the uniform is simple and chill
The bad:
-When your a server anywhere hourly pay is low because you rely on tips but every server(at main event) can agree that $2.13 hr is not good enough people just don’t tip anymore.
-you have to constantly remind management if you need help with anything
-the hours are good but sometimes too much
-sometimes I was scheduled on days I am not suppose to work and if I didn’t show up I was in trouble even thought I wasn’t contacted at all
-Sometimes I would do a lot of work that other department should do it’s not a big issue because you gain the experience but sometimes it would interfere with my main job
We went for New Year's Eve. It was definitely worth the money. Unlimited bowling, laser tag, and "Zip line" all night for under $11. Went with kids, parents, and grandparents. Something for everyone to do. The most fun, hands down, was laser tag with my mother-in-law!!! I would definitely go again, but especially when they run their "unlimited" specials.
Very impressive! I'm a mother who hates video games. This place had me scream with excitement that my son said calm down mom. I apologized with a huge smile, the quality of screens are over the top! Super clean very friendly staff. I'm totally in love with this place because I finally was a cool mom hanging out with my kids.
