Ling's Buffet

Ling's is a great buffet for its price range. They have a salad and dessert bar, a sushi bar and two long bars with a variety of Asian food. They have plenty of basic items for picky eaters. The staff have always been assertive and the restaurant has always been clean every time we have dined here.

Lyrics has been a regular stop of mine since I moved to the area in 2011. I am particularly fond of their sushi bar and love their crab rangoon and sweet and sour sauce. My wife loves the shrimp rice noodles. I usually ask for Lisa as my server. She is my family's favorite and always treat our family very well. We were heartbroken when Raymond passed away. Now his brother manages the restaurant. We hope to have many more opportunities to enjoy Ling's.

We have been here twice now and the food has been great both times, but the service hasn't been very good either time, I'm sad to say. Both times as we were paying our server, the server apologized for sub par service, but that doesn't really make up for it now does it. The kept the plates cleared but my hubby's water glass wasn't kept full. I actually had to go ask for water once, but by the time I came back the owner had filled his glass, which he shouldn't have had to do. But, besides that, the food was great!

Waitstaff were clearly working their tails off on a Sunday evening, yet remained friendly and efficient in their jobs. The place was packed, but staff kept the tables and floors clean, and kitchen staff were constantly reloading fresh food on the buffet. Food was typical of a Chinese buffet, but there's a wide variety, including a sushi & sashimi section. No food was bad and some was excellent. In general though, flavors are average and what you usually get on a buffet. The staff is what makes this buffet worth going back to.

This place is awesome! It's the BEST BUFFET I've been to. The food is delicious and the waiter was there to fill our drinks up again quickly. Empty plates were removed right after we were done. Excellent service! Will definitely come back to this place.
