Best BBQ in Houston, hands down! So many great choices, from the chicken wings with Cobo's specialty sauce, to the mac and cheese casserole! They also have some GREAT Tex-Mex. My fav from the Tex-Mex menu: Cobo's Dillas! Ok, now I'm getting hungry. :(

The food and service here are top notch. After eating barbecue here, you won't want to eat at the big chains anymore because they fall short. The meat is so tender and full of flavor. Every side is great; I'm torn between the potato salad and burnt end ranch beans being my favorite and my husband really likes the mac and cheese. The baked potato is the best we've ever had. My grandmother asks for a chopped beef sandwich specifically from here after having it and comparing it to what she's used to. Hubby recently had dyno ribs and was a huge fan. Taco Tuesday is a big hit, so check that out. Also, when Cobo has a special item, jump on it. I had a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin sandwich with a raspberry jam that blew my mind! If you can't make it down, have TMF Delivery bring the yummy goodness to your door.

This is the best barbecue in Humble and the customer service is top notch. I am so glad the owners, Raul and Monica, have their own permanent spot now. The full barbecue and taco/quesadilla menu is a must try. Do yourself a favor and jump on one of Raul's limited special creations because they are the bomb! He once made a bacon wrapped tenderloin sandwich with some sort of jam and it literally melted in my mouth. I recently gave my grandma a brisket sandwich and a taste of my chopped beef spud and she said she would not be going back to the big place on the other side of 1960. My husband loves the sauce. If you can't make the trip, have TMF Delivery bring it to you. I was recently on medical leave and that sure came in handy!

Not only is the BBQ and the Shiner sauce amazing, you can’t miss taco Tuesday’s! The tacos and quesadillas are the best!! Amazing customer service to top it all off. Do yourself a favor and make the stop, you won’t regret it.
