Humble City Cafe

I love the Humble Cafe but today was extra special. I ordered something not actually on the menu…banana pancakes (with the slices backed into the pancake), which they have made for me before. Today they were out of bananas. I was disappointed but oh well what can you do?

Well what they did was run to the store and buy bananas right then and there!! I was so happy and impressed they went above and beyond!

Annel was our server and I cannot say enough about how great she was!!

My Uncle and Fiance told me about this gem! It's located in Old Town Humble. It's in an historic building. It has great Old Town ambiance! Old General store feel,antiques and great food! It's a bit on the expensive side but well worth the great home town cooking! They even make their own sodas! Which is so awesome and taste great! Want some good home cooking? Humble City Cafe is the place, bring your appetite!

My best friend Amber introduced me to this place, it was her favorite place to eat. When she passed away in 2015 I introduced my family and some of her to this place. They have the best food, I have never had a bad experience here. Friendly customer service and food is always fresh and tastes amazing. My personal favorite are the fried green tomatoes

This ended up being a last minute spot for breakfast and it did not disappoint! Food was delicious & portions were huge! Good price & friendly staff! Definitely recommend!

This was our first time eating here, the atmosphere is fun and it was very busy. We were seated right away. Country potatoes were yummy. Hubby said T bone steak was delicious! Their biscuits and gravy were some of the best we've ever had. Nice local restaurant.
