(February 3, 2024, 9:45 pm)I was running late for work, so I stopped to get some breakfast for the staff. Very convenient that they have a drive thru. Ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts, 1 dozen jalapeno and sausage kolaches and 1 dozen sausage and cheese kolaches. I was informed that they did not have enough sausage and cheese to complete my order, so they made a mix of regular sausage and sausage and cheese. The staff was very friendly and took care of the larger than normal order quickly. Altogether it was about $80, FYI. Not a terrible price for all that I got IMO.

(December 22, 2023, 12:24 pm)**** UPDATE **** Unfortunately after being open a while, I can see service slowly declining. I've always said this, if there are plenty of workers standing around then there is no reason why the person taking my dirty cash is the same person grabbing my donuts! This morning there were 6 employees standing at the front. One lady took my order and filled my order while all the rest literally stood there and watched. This is far from the service Im used to here. Seems like people are getting lazy and forgetting about public health.

Absolute BEST LOCATION I've been too in over 40yrs of eating Shipleys!
-Very clean. The person taking your money is Not the person who makes your order, which is the best in terms of being sanitary!!
-Plenty of employees to fill orders. I counted at least 7+ people at work and 5 of them were filling orders!
-Last but definitely not least! FRESH FRESH FRESH!!! I have Never had freshly glazed donuts in front of my eyes (like the other guys), until I came to this location. Everything is hot and fresh!! Even at 10:45am!
This location is doing everything right. All other Shipley locations need to take notes. Well done Owner 👏🏼
