    Food was hot and fresh customer service SUCKS drive through lady was sarcastic and rude. I'll go somewhere else next time

    I went through the drive thru and ordered the new chicken sandwich combo and also purchased a five piece tender combo for my daughter. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out. Thirty minutes went by and many customers behind me passed, so I parked the car and went in. To my surprise, the manager asked if she could take my order. I asked about my order and she told me that the chicken sandwich will take six minutes to prepare. With that statement, my chicken sandwich just started to be cooked. I told her that I was waiting for thirty minutes already and with that got no reply. I waited outside for six minutes smoking a cigarette and finally got my food. Great food! Terrible experience!!!!!!

    The restaurant is immaculately clean and the customer service definitely exceeded expectations. The food was fresh and the person who rang me up made a suggestion that saved me money.

    Service was good. Food was hot and cookes correctly.. Popeyes used to be great

    My experience might have been due to the timing. I came an hour before they closed. I ordered a family meal in mild. They told me that it would be a wait I said that's fine. After paying they had me pull to the front which I expected but then I waited 45 minutes. I feel the wait was too long even taking the time into consideration.
