Church's Chicken

This Church's Chkn is th closest we could find near our home in Katy. And I have to say it's a Hit'-an-Miss kinda place. Somedays it's crazy good and others it's why did we even waste our time and our good earned money. Whether to dine-in or take-out?! Its definitely a take-out kinda place. Check your order folks...

I really like this Church's Chicken location. They have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience and that has kept me coming back for the 6 years that we have lived here

The staff there is awesome. Greeted me as soon as I walked in and even made suggestions and substitutions to the meal I chose. I got a meal with 2 sides and they were all served at a hot temperature. I requested gravy and they gave me a huge portion, also piping hot. The price was a bit over $5 with tax. Not long of a wait and the dining area was clean. Really recommend this location.

Ordered mixed chicken but no breast in the box. Unsure if its typical just to get wings and not breast. Also when I mentioned I was charged incorrectly, I was asked if I wanted something else to make up the difference. I thought it would of been more appropriate to get a refund. A refund was never mentioned as an option. The food was fine and fresh for the most part and the personnel was ok, however did not solve my problem.
