Subway Restaurants

I really recommend this subway location. Mr.kevin Was so nice and welcomed us to his restaurant. He was polite and kind to all of us. The restaurant surroundings are clean and inviting.

I placed an online order that went through and was to be picked up at 8:20 PM. My coworker placed one as well. We get a call about 10 minutes later from an unprofessional employee. He tells us "nah, we're closed. i just turned everything off." The actual subway website says they close at 9. Google and my maps on my phone say 10. Doors say 8. Which is it? Maybe inform you corporate office to change it so paid orders do not go through when you are "closed." I asked him how would I go about getting a refund, he had no idea. I called the corporate office this morning and they took my information and I have to wait to hear back from the owner of this location for my refund. Hopefully that happens quickly and in a professional manner. I will give them till later today to contact me or I will be reporting as fraud to my bank.

Update: It has been over 24 hours and still no call or email from the owner of the store on how to resolve the issue. Calling corporate in the morning, again.

Update: Finally, was in contact with the store owner. My interaction with her was what brought my rate from 1 star to 3. She was very kind and very professional. I understand what her struggles are with the store and she is really trying to fix the store. She explained what she could do and went above and beyond. I will be visiting another store of hers and excited for a better interaction.
