Excellent Hu Tieu Mi. I had the dry S2 rice noodles soft and thick egg noodles. The sauce was excellent. The bowl had lots of texture and overall very tasty.

My first visit to a noodle house. The waiter was so nice!! Explaining and helping me choose. And very accommodating to what my daughter wanted. I think his name was Roy????. Anyway..very tasty, we all loved our food. Daughter got orange juice and it is fresh!! So yummy! Winter melon drink was great too.

Service is hit or miss at this place. Been there when it is good but they are inconsistent and some days it is bad. Food is always delicious though.

One of the main problems I have with some Americanized Asian restaurants is that they try to have too many different items on the menu, so they don’t really have the time to make every dish with the same level of care. Phanh Ky has instead modeled their restaurant after more traditional restaurants, where they focus on making only a few specialties at a very high level of quality. I’m not even sure exactly what their specialty dish is called, but it was delicious.

The staff was very attentive. While they had limited menu options, the noodle dishes were great! Will definitely be back!! I don't like cilantro in my food and forgot to ask whether they put it on the dishes which they do. They happily remade it for me.
