Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Stopped in for the first time today and we are so excited this place is so close to home now! We love the sandwiches and tried the wings today they are good! Also we love the strawberry lemonade and don’t forget to ask for their special fry seasons as well as some malt vinegar for your fries, yum!

So, my wife ordered 7 sandwiches on Saturday night for a meeting at 12:15 on Sunday. When she looked at the order she noticed the app changed the time to 11:15 and attempted to change it but couldn't. She called them and they said they were too busy change it and to call back. She called multiple times, left 2 voicemails and attempted to text them. One voicemail on Sat and one on Sunday. Upon arriving to pick up our order, we discovered that the order had been canceled somehow and we needed to reorder causing the food to be about 30 minutes late for the meeting.

On the positive side: the food was delicious.

This is a fairly new store, so I am sure they are still working out the kinks, but to answer and say they are too busy and to not have a way of contacting them when there is an issue - that needs to be resolved.

At this point, first impressions are important and I do not plan to return.
