Cooper's Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que

Family and I went there and we enjoyed the food and great service. The one minor disappointment was the room temp meat. I would have liked the proteins to be a bit warmer. The meat border line on cold/room temp. The sides were delicious and overall we had a great experience.

I’ve enjoyed Cooper’s in Katy several times and can guarantee you I’ll be back for more! The beef rib was phenomenal, best I’ve ever had! The brisket and sausage are fantastic. You can tell they take pride in selecting good quality meat and not taking shortcuts throughout the process. I’m from central Texas and grew up on traditional Texas BBQ. Finally a place in Houston that reminds me of home. The Cooper BBQ Family tradition continues!

Found this place on Google! Not to far fro Katy Mills/Grand Parkway. Beef rib and the green beans was a bit salty, but the food is good. Some of the items are charged by the pound so be warned! (Check my photos) Get a two or three meat plate to save some money. That Bacon Mac-N-Cheese and Peach Cobbler was great! Will try the Blackberry Cobbler next time!
