Louisiana Fish House

Very good food. We need a good fish place in our neighborhood. Gumbo was good, hushpuppies were soft and tasty. Coleslaw and red beans and rice were good. The sides are fresh and quality, not just filler. Good grilled and fried fish. Friendly staff and new clean dinning room. Seafood burrito was good and combo catfish and shrimp was tasty. Will definitely return for fish tacos and Cajun pasta.

Every item we tried was AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a nice young man. We tried the boudin balls and the stuffed jalapeños, they were hot and delicious. Highly recommend those as an appetizer. Food was fresh and made to order. For our entrees, our party ordered the Seafood burrito which tasted great and was filled with a little of everything including grilled fish, crawfish, shrimp, jambalaya rice and topped with a delicious cream sauce. My wife ordered the Shrimp Alfredo that was creamy and seasoned just right. It also came with some really good garlic bread. Give them a try. It’s a hidden gem!

The food is absolutely amazing! I was in route to the hot dog place next door but there was someone outside who led me to come here instead. Very thankful for that!! This sure beats a hot dog! I ordered the grilled salmon with dirty rice & fries. Everything, including the toasted bread was extremely fresh & flavorful. I will most certainly be back! Also, the staff is attentive, knowledgeable about menu items, & very welcoming. The restaurant is also very clean & spacious. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for some seafood! I didn’t order the gumbo, but I over heard others talking about how much they liked it. Thanks again guys!!

The gumbo was mediocre at best as well as u put the rice inside the bowl and not on the side. I feel short changed. The gumbo comes in 3 sizes. Skip the small since nly couple of spoon fills.

The dirty rice was fresh with herbs coming through. I expected a kick to them. UT none of that.

The real winner ws the grilled seafood (fish and shrimp). I shall go back to try again since t was day one of the place.
